About Me
30 year old LGBTQ male, freelance artist/business owner.
I eat vegetarian + dairy-free and keep the space very calm and clean.
I cook about once a day but always tidy up (no dishes left out and would expect the same). My friends often say it looks staged. Love animals but I don’t want any pets here.

The home vibe is warm, peaceful, and respectful —friends over are welcome, and I like the idea of shared game nights or small dinners if our friends mesh. The courtyard/pool is great for hosting a couple friends over too. I’m very considerate about space; if you ever want the place to yourself for a date or quiet night, just tell me ahead of time and I’ll happily try to make plans out.
Overnight guests are totally fine with courtesy.
My schedule: sleep around 12–1am, up 8–9am. Work from home half the time but I’m pretty social and in/out. I really never spend the entire day at home.
