I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my place starting anytime July 15 - August 15 (flexible move-in). It’s a King Bedroom + Bath in a Furnished 1,400 sqft 3 bed / 4 bath Two-story Hollywood Penthouse off Hollywood & Highland.

The room:

- Already well-furnished, but you might want to add a desk, chair, rug, or coat rack

Love animals but wouldn’t consider a pet. The vibe at home is zen, clean, and peaceful. I cook often but keep the space tidy (no dishes in the sink or cooking smell). I prefer partying to stay outside the apartment but love having a friend or two over here and there. We’re all adults so overnight guests happen, just best to be considerate. Communication is key.
