A very nice couple has the house. The room is clean and bright and has three windows as well as a big closet and wall unit air conditioner. Unfortunately there is only one bath room in the house. washer/dryer. This is a beautiful house in the best location in Hollywood. We are about a five - 10 minute walk from Ralph’s, In-N-Out, the walk of fame, the Chinese theater, 5 star restaurants, The Roosevelt hotel, The Jim Henson studios, acting studios and Shopping!

Wow ONLY $2560 plus 1/2 of Utilities. The bills include Internet, electric and gas.

The couple you would live with own an entertainment business and work from the house every day in the living room and dining room. They do not have loud parties every weekend. But twice a year usually there is a nice get together of friends.

We are looking for a good honest nice kind stable level headed, polite person who would like to live in a beautiful house in Hollywood. We are looking for someone who is quiet and either works a lot or spends a lot of time out or in their room. We have been in this house for 15 years and we are very used to our own space. However we lived with a roommate for 14 of those years and we are also used to that.

We are hoping for a woman or LGBTQ man. Obviously anyone but those are our preferences.
We just want someone who is responsible, quiet and clean. That’s it. We hope to make a new best friend.

The house is about 1000 ft.² with two giant yards. There are ponds in each of the yards filled with fish, turtles, frogs and there are lizards throughout the yards that are filled with succulents. The yards are paradise and very private. You would pretty much have the yards to yourself all day every day.

We have two dogs. A pitbull and a poodle. We are hoping for someone that doesn’t have any animals. But definitely you cannot have cats as we are both very allergic. We would consider a dog but it’s probably not gonna happen.

The small 2 bedroom apartment directly across the street from us goes for $5000 a month. We are a house so just imagine how much just one room is worth.

Especially since the yards look like botanical gardens that should be in a magazine.

We are looking for someone to sign a six month or year long lease. The reason this is such a steel is because you’re sharing a house with other people.

We are only asking that you pay the first month in advance. If you would like to pay the last month in advance you may. We have a small garage that we use as a studio. However if you would use it for your car or storage we could move our stuff out and we would rent it to you for 500 a month.

We have street parking and the only condition is on Mondays from noon to 3 you can’t park on one side of the street and then on Tuesdays from noon to 3 you can’t park on the other side for street cleaning.

We are also looking for someone who is clean. We keep our home clean and we are very clean people.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished we can discuss this if you are interested
