I am subletting my room (I am the leaseholder) while I’m travelling. There’s only 1 roommate, a very clean and quiet girl.

The bedroom comes with a good size bed with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, desk and chair, build in wardrobe, and with a huge balcony. Private bathroom.

Big kitchen with all necessary equipments and a big, sunny living room with dining table and sofa.

The apartment has a perfect location off to Hollywood Blvd. All shopping facilities, restaurants and tourist attractions are close by, and also close to Runyon Canyon hiking area.

The apartment is clean and quiet in a building surrounded with greens. There is elevator in the building, the apartment is on the second floor with a great view.

In the building there’s a rooftop jacuzzi and a small gym room.

No pets, no parties, no smoking! It is a quiet and peaceful apartment.
