I am an 80 year old woman living in a lovely 80 year old home near Pasadena looking for a female roomer between 18-50 years of age to share this space with me. I will need someone with a car (I have a big open driveway!) and the willingness/availability to help me with grocery shopping and other possible errands a few times a week. There is a spare, fully furnished bedroom measuring 14x10’ with 2 windows and lots of closet space. There is a full sized Casper bed included as well as a desk and dresser. You would have shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, back deck and back yard as well as laundry downstairs. Fridge space would be shared unless you’d like to bring your own which can be easily installed in the garage. Wifi included.
The upstairs bathroom will be shared during the day and includes an ADA walk-in tub.

I am a retired therapist who is compassionate and mellow. I typically keep to myself for the most part but have a caregiver here in the afternoons 4 days a week and a cleaner who will be here once monthly. I am able bodied and in good health. I will need someone who can reliably check in with me at night just in case! I will require 3-6 months proof of income or a reliable employer who I can speak with as well as residence history.
