June 1 Lease Takeover – Highland Park Room in 2BR

Hi!
I’m in search of someone to take over my room in a cute apartment in the heart of Highland Park. I have a current roommate, 27, who will be staying and she has a small dog in the larger bedroom with a connected balcony. It is a 2 Bed 2 Bath.

Unfortunately, I need to move earlier than expected, and our landlord is very kind and helpful and walking us through the process of having someone replace me in our joint lease! :)) The lease ends in December and then would be available for renewal!

I love the apartment, 2nd floor, with on-site parking (collective $70/month between 2 people). You’d have your own bathroom.

Your share of the rent would be $1,095 plus utilities, which usually isn’t more than $110/month between 2 people. On-site laundry room with three washers and 3 dryers in the complex. Respectful and kind neighbors within complex.

Natural lighting is great, and the neighborhood is very walkable. About a 10 minute walk from Figueroa Street with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and things to do!

I’ll need to leave the apartment by June 1st, so we’d need someone to take over ASAP. I can send the direct link to the application and put you in contact with my current roommate.
