Beautiful hilltop home in Highland Park

A great room tucked in the back of the house with plenty of privacy and an incredible view. Its' right off the kitchen, and you share a floor with a very low key professional drummer named Steve who is rarely here.
Note the bed will be queen size, the desk might be a little different than pictured, and all of my stuff will be gone! I'm moving to the downstairs room with a separate entrance so the room will be cleared of all personal belongings. The desk, bed, sheets and other standard amenities will remain of course. It'll be like a little hotel room in regards to what's provided.

Beautiful property nestled back into the trees on a hilltop in Highland Park. The house was
renovated about eight years ago, so it feels brand new. South facing with incredible light in the morning. The room I'm renting is a beautiful and cozy room with its own private bathroom and tons of morning light. I occupy the back room with its own ensuite bathroom as well, so no bathroom sharing is necessary. I live in the downstairs room with a separate entrance and there is one lovely gent living upstairs who is rarely here. There is a full kitchen, full living room with a TV, laundry on site, and street parking. If you'd like to do a FaceTime tour of the place before booking, just let me know!
