Great layout with two bedrooms, each having an entrance to our own bathrooms, separated by the living room on the top floor. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet neighbors and good sound insulation. Central ac/heating, newly renovated with updated appliances, laundry rooms on every floor. There’s also a gym and hot tub. Amazon locker system. No non-ESA/non-service animal pets though per landlord policy.

I am a quiet roommate, LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly, m clean, and communicative. I am a software engineer with stable income. I enjoy watching tv/movies, exploring bars/restaurants, knitting, and rock climbing! I can be quite shy at first, but I open up quickly. I tend to have my bf over often and friends occasionally, but don’t mind you doing the same as long as you’re quiet when I’m wfh.
