Roommate desperately needed

Hello, I’m in desperate need of a roommate. I have a private room available for rent in Highland Park. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with full kitchen and on site laundry. The room is unfurnished. The apartment is shared between 3 people; myself and one other gentleman, plus you, hopefully 😀. We are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and friendly. All are welcome to apply. This is a great place. I have lived here for over 10 years.
Rent is $1000 per month plus utilities, which are usually about $135 per month, per person; this can fluctuate during summer months, but not significantly, usually about $20-$30 increase.
Move-in would be June 1. Move in rate is first month plus a security deposit, so a total of $2000. We are seeking someone who is willing to commit to at least one year of residence.
Small to medium sized dogs can be allowed for an additional rate. No cats, unfortunately, due to severe allergies.
