Room in Highland Park

My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd guy to fill an empty room by February 1st in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Highland Park. Close by to lots of restaurants and bars on Figueroa and York. You’d be taking the third bedroom with a shared large bathroom. Your portion of rent would be around $1500 (utilities fluctuate), and you’d join our month-to-month lease. You’d also pay the $1450 security deposit to our outgoing roommate via Zelle/venmo and that would be returned to you when you eventually move out. Photos at the end show what the apartment currently looks like.

I’m 28 and work downtown as a software developer in an experience design studio, and my roommate is 34 and works from home as a software engineer. We like to cook, game, play music, spend time outside, and keep our apartment pretty clean. We’re looking for someone chill, clean, and friendly. Cats considered but ideally no pets.
