Offering a flexible term situation in a Highland Park bedroom suite with its own private bathroom, entrance, and parking spot. No specific lease, no background check, just looking for the right fit. Available starting November, we're flexible on move-in date.
There are two windows with sound absorbing blackout curtains in the room facing north and west, as well as a small bathroom window facing east. Outside the west-facing window is a lemon tree in a small garden where a friendly squirrel named Nikki lives. On the opposite side of the house are two working professionals with minimal quirks and busy, adventurous lifestyle. We have well-behaved cats that hang out mostly in the enclosed outdoor spaces. Among our pet peeves are lights being left on and doors being slammed, but we're otherwise easy to get along with, respectful of your space, and interested in your pet peeves as well. You'll share the kitchen and living room with us. In addition, there is an outdoor screened-in catio with projector and bouldering wall. High efficiency laundry is on site, indoor air and water is filtered, and all utilities are included in the cost of rent, including high speed wi-fi.
There is also a dedicated parking spot for you in the driveway if you need.
5 blocks from York and 8 from Fig, the neighborhood is quiet and a friendly.
Open to couples, although the rent would have to increase slightly to offset the additional utility usage, etc.
We're both vegan, but you don't have to be. You just gotta be cool with it.
If you feel like this might be a good situation for you, send a message and describe yourself a bit and your situation (what you're looking for and for how long, etc.), as well as any questions you might have and we'll get back to you right away.
Note: Room was repainted recently to all white walls.
