1 Private room (approx 15'x15') shared bath available may 25 in a 3Bd/2Bth home. Great quiet neighborhood, W of PCH, 'plenty of street parking, walking dist to the beach, close to both Hermosa/Manhattan piers but far enough away from any crazy. It's the perfect location/deal.

House has washer/dryer, dining area, patio, bbq, small garage. The home is completely furnished so there is not much storage space or room for more furnishings. The bedroom is NOT furnished. Non-smoking/drug free/pet free/no shoe home.

I'm a professional, respectful F. I'm active and social but I don't bring the party home. The other tenant is also a hard working professional and is easy going. We are great roomies but do our own thing. We have a lovely home/sanctuary.

I'm looking for a mature, respectful, responsible adult 30s+ who is clean, contributes to the maintenance of the household, and does not work from home. I have a list of house rules of which includes no frequent overnight guests and rotating trash months.
