Looking for a clean, respectful, and kind roommate to fill a private room in my 2 bed / 2 bathroom apartment in Hermosa Beach. Available March 1 (possibly sooner!).

It’s a quiet apartment in a great location with tons of natural light and storage.

I’m 35 and work a hybrid schedule in El Segundo (in the office 3x per week).

FYI, I do have one very mellow, quiet dog and two easygoing cats. My place is very clean and tidy, and the litter box is kept on the balcony.

I would possibly consider another well-behaved dog, but no additional cats.
