I am sourcing roommates for my son. He is 30 and currently works part time. He is an artist and loves to garden, cook, workout, listen to live music and travel. He is neurodivergent and is looking to create a creative supportive community in Hermosa. The house has 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Your room has a courtyard attached. Big front and back yards house is walkable to public transportation, beach bars, gym, restaurants, grocery store and anything you pretty much need.
