Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom in a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome in hermosa beach. Currently a male / female couple (both 30 years old) live in the primary bedroom. The other roommate a 25 year old female. We have a very mellow and easy going dog (shih tzu) who lives with us so no other pets are allowed.
This place is about 4 blocks to the beach and you would have your own very large bedroom / bathroom. The bedroom currently fits a king bed and desk and has its own balcony. The unit has its own washer / dryer, includes a parking spot, dishwasher, etc. The entire rest of the unit is furnished so you would just need to furnish your bedroom / bathroom.
We are very easygoing people who like to go to the beach, watch reality tv shows, hang out with our dog. We are not looking for someone to bring the party home. Our complex also has a pool / jacuzzi.
Room is available April 1. Looking for at least 6 months lease. Utilities paid separately.
