I'm offering the second bedroom with detached bathroom in my 2bd/2ba apt. Large corner unit, top floor (3rd), with mountain and ocean views, balcony, granite kitchen. Washer and dryer downstairs (8 machines, cards/mobile app). Community hottub and swimming pool.

One parking spot included (clicker for garage, spot is uncovered). Minimalist style apt, I like the details picked up but my doggish loves all the details scattered, so we're managing. Your room, your business.

Not a loud noisemaker here. Drama free. LGBTQ, super friendly. I'm into running, hiking, gym, healthier lifestyle, politics, world news, science, and hoping to find a similar mindset, also I like being shirtless cuz the beach bro. If you like the beach and want to live nearby, then this is your chance... The horizon from inside the apartment is the ocean. You can't put buildings out there, that's why I live here.

There is also a 5 mile running trail in front of the complex, if you get tired of treading on the sandy beach, or The Strand.
