Room For Rent In South Hermosa

We are looking for someone starting the 15th of December. The rent includes full use of all of the shared living space, and decks. It also includes all utilities: water, electric, gas as well as internet, direct tv, sparkletts & housekeeper for the shared living space (having your room cleaned would be an additional $20 if you choose to have it done).

This house is the 4th property away from the beach so less than a 2 min walk, just to give you reference. A permit is available for free parking at residential meters nearby, and occasional use of the garage for extended parking when our of town. There is room for a bike in the garage, and there is a washer & dryer in the garage as well.

We are both professional females that have flexible jobs that sometimes require work from home or at a workplace. Because we sometimes work from home we are hoping to find a professional with a full time job ;-) The room thats available has its own private bathroom and is on its own private floor of the house.

Although this isn't a party house, we are ok and love to have people over from time to time for an occasional BBQ or what not and are fairly flexible and respectful of peoples space with things of that nature.

I have a dog (great dane) and a cat (outdoor cat- there's no liter box or cat smell in the house), which is probably more then enough animal for one household so no more pets please ;-) Also, my cat is hypoallergenic so if you think you have cat allergies but might be interested, I recommend you come look anyways and meet the cat, because I can almost guarantee you won't have an allergic reaction ;-)
