We are a couple looking for a compatible female (preferred, but open to all) roommate, both active working professionals in their 40s. Both very clean, friendly, and easy going. We respect quiet hours (~ 9pm to 8am but we can adjust as needed)and your schedule.
• Person 1: Female, working professional, very clean and considerate. Works on site 3 days a week and 2 days remote.
• Person 2: Male, working professional (Engineering/Tech), very clean and easy going. Works mostly remote.

Terms:
Security deposit is 1 month's rent. Rent is $1850 plus ~ $75 utilities.
