The room is a 12’ x 11’ space with a 5.5’ long closet behind sliding mirror doors and immediate access to a bathroom that is shared with one other housemate and the occasional guest from the guest room/office across the hall. It is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and nightstand, curtains, spacious desk, chair, and a floor lamp. 6 month lease with month to month option after that.

The common space of the house is freshly remodeled and features an open floor plan with a vast record collection, workout equipment (including a rowing machine), and a beautiful kitchen waiting to be used. Brand new central heat and air, and appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, drier). There is a half bathroom and laundry room as well down the hallway opposite to where the bedroom is. The backyard features a newly remodeled patio with shade and a grill, as well as a fire pit.

The location is very convenient with access to the 105 within a 2-3 minute drive and a 12 minute walk to public transportation. Lots of restaurants, groceries, and other conveniences nearby, many at a 5 minute walk, including a gym. Street parking is super easy to find.

We also have a small dog, Funky, a 16lbs Pomeranian mix. He is sweet and really great with people but is reactive to other pets, so he is the only animal allowed in the house.
