Place is great for SMC / El Camino in distance. Washer/dryer, patio, garage storage (working on the backyard and hall bath). Roommates to treat house as home (be respectful). Share bath with 1 female only. Living room Cable is part of utilities. Welcome to my Earthlink internet. There is off street parking. No deposit needed. Rent is month to month. Utilities are separate & split 3 ways. Apologies, no pets. Present Roommate would like to share bathroom with another female only. Casual background check is done, $510.00 and you're in. House is available starting April 1st or there of (give or take). I try to contact everyone, but may not happen :( .We don't rush in picking anyone.
