Room with private entrance, attached to a single family residence, available for a quiet person looking for a quiet place to live. It includes:

- a kitchenette, with cabinets, bartender sink, and
counter top space

- Refrigerator and microwave included

- Private bathroom with shower, vanity sink, and toilet.

- Can be furnished with a twin day bed and mattress if desired (see pictures).

- Glass sliding door leads to a 121 sq. feet private patio.

It does not come with a parking space but the house is on a quiet residential area so there's plenty of free, street parking.

The room does not have any AC or heater but I will provide a space heater.

Sorry, no laundry privileges.

Convenient location: near LAX, SpaceX, Hawthorne Airport, 105 and 405 freeways, 10 minutes to El Segundo, 15 minutes to Manhattan Beach.

$775 a month (month to month contract) utilities included:

About me: I am a 51 year old, devout Christian female, and working professional. I work as a substitute teacher, with an emphasis in Special Education, and have been working in this field for 27 years. I have another tenant that rents my guest house. We are both very quiet, we don't smoke, we don't do drugs, we don't throw parties, or have a ton of people over. I am looking to rent to someone who is a mature, working professional, who will be a good fit into my quiet, peaceful home.
