Married couple have a room available for a single occupant in their 3-bdrm, single-family residence located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Torrance. The room is furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand, shelving, small computer table if needed) and measures approximately 14' x 10'. Potential tenant will be sharing a bathroom with a double-sink vanity with lots of storage and cabinet space, shower and bathtub with another male tenant in his 30's. Utilities average $250/month in addition to monthly rent and includes: Basic WiFi/Internet, water, trash, gas, electricity, and monthly housekeeper. A background and credit check (good credit only) will be required and covered by the potential tenant. Security deposit is $1,500 (fully refundable if rent is current at end of tenancy and premises are left as clean as when your tenancy began). You will have light kitchen privileges and use of the laundry facilities. You will have access to the front living room with fireplace as part of the common area. Location is very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino College, Cal State Dominguez, Wilson Park, Farmer's Market, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, public transit, 405/110 freeways and 5 miles from the beach. A minimum of a one-year tenancy on a month-to-month basis is desired with no maximum stay required. We prefer a long-term tenant! Sorry, no pets allowed. Street parking only.
