Couple have a room available in their 3-bedroom, single-family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Torrance. The room is semi-furnished but can be unfurnished if preferred. Potential tenant will be sharing a bathroom that has a double-sink vanity, shower and bathtub with another male tenant. Street parking only. Must like animals. We have 1 small dog and 2 cats. However, our cats are not allowed in the common living area. Utilities average approximately $230/month (fluctuates slightly between summer & winter) in addition to monthly rent and includes: Basic WiFi/Internet, cable, water, trash, gas, electricity, housekeeper (once/month). A $55 background and credit check (good credit only) will be required, which will be covered by the potential tenant. Security deposit is $900 (fully refundable if rent is current at end of tenancy and premises are left as clean as when your tenancy began). You will have full kitchen and laundry privileges, and access to the front part of the house as a common area, including living room with fireplace. Homeowners reserve the back part of the house for their own exclusive use. Location is very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino college, Cal State Dominguez, nearby parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, public transit, and the beach.
