I am looking for a Mature Woman between 35 and 70 years of age preferably working days to Home Share my Home with. We will meet face to face in a public setting to be able to ask any questions you and I have and to get to know each other before discussing the rental agreement terms and conditions. You must Love Cats I have two of them. You will have a Private Room and it can be Furnished or Unfurnished with your own Private Bathroom. The home has been completely renovated and has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Manufactured Home is in a 5 Star Manufactured Home Park in the Ranch Palos Verdes, Harbor City area. The park is Very Quiet and safe, with a Security Guard 7 days a week. Conveniently located just two miles from the 110 freeway, 10 minutes to the 405 freeway and 10 minutes to the beach. You will have full access to a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a large dining area with a large dining room table, new washer, and dryer. The backyard has two large patios beautifully landscaped with year around flowers with a Zen like feeling and a front porch with a peekaboo view of Downtown Los Angeles
The Home has been completely renovated with all the interior newly painted and beautiful wood laminated floor. Your Room has its own personal AC, and heating duct, a large twenty-three square closet with dual sliding mirrored doors and an extra linen closet for your Private Bathroom, Very Cozy bedroom 125 square feet, this is for someone who is responsible and exceptionally clean and neat, Single person occupancy. The Room is for one Mature Woman only. No couples, smoking outside only, pets will be discussed between me and the potential Roommate prior to moving in. No overnight guests uncovered parking free or Covered Parking Available for an additional monthly fee. The Rent is $975.00 a month, First and last month rent ($975.00) as the Security Deposit, and will be due before move-in. Roommate must submit to a background check and provide recent referrals. I am looking for a three-to-six-month lease TBD. After that month to month with a 30-day notice to vacate.
