We are looking for a responsible house mate who is looking for a "home" setting. No drama and good communication is essential.
The furnished Downstairs Bedroom with a full bath in the hallway is available in January, 2025. It has a newer full size bed, armoire, Smart TV on the wall, desk, linens and a/c unit included. All other bedrooms are upstairs.
We have all the amenities and the price includes everything: utilities, high speed fiber optics internet, parking permit. Big screen TV in living rm with Netflix, Prime Video.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and two refrigerators, as well as a dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer. The backyard is filled with plants and fruit trees, a patio, BBQ and lawn furniture. A balcony terrace upstairs is great for getting some sun or a quiet place to relax.
Our housekeeper comes twice a month and the gardener comes once a week. The photos will show you the type of quality furniture in our home.
My husband and I own the house and have a room upstairs, but only spend a minimal amount of time in Los Angeles. Both of us are in the music and entertainment business. We currently have one other roommate who lives here, a professional in finance. He has been here for over two years.
