Seeking roommate - Grandma's attic w/ private bath

Looking for roommate(s) for our 3 bedroom craftsman house near Larchmont Village with a beautiful open floor plan. We have a big, well maintained backyard with old trees, a vegetable garden, a sunken hot tub, fruit trees (oranges, guavas, figs, and lemons), outdoor dining, and a chiminea.

We're looking for someone (or possibly a couple?) who wants to rent the upstairs grandma's attic (a large room with surround windows and a private full bath) for $1550/month.

Common areas in the house include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. We're flexible on furniture contributions you may have, but at the time the common areas are already furnished so no NEED to bring any thing like that. There is also a laundry room and a small basement for storage.

There are currently 3 roommates - Kat, Kevin and Michelle.

Michelle and Kevin are a couple and occupy a bedroom, a room off the kitchen that has been converted into an office and the garage which has been converted into a gym/office. We are open to sharing these spaces on occasion (e. g. if you want to do a workout together!) but we do pay extra rent for them and consider them somewhat private. Kat occupies another downstairs bedroom.

Looking for (a) tidy, respectful, kind roommate(s). Our ideal roommate is engaged with their lives and goals, tidy, thoughtful, creative and funny. We all have our own lives going on, but we do hang out on occasion to eat dinner, have a fire, or play a game.

A little about us:

Michelle and Kat are production designers in film and television.

Kevin is a producer.

Our combined hobbies include going on hikes, yoga, watching movies, fitness, playing music, history, etc.

We have one dog named Sadie who is a dachshund mix. She's a sassy lady and barks at the mailman (sorry). She sheds a bit, but we have a housekeeper come every other week to make sure things stay tidy.

Rent for the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is 1550 total. This includes some utilities but not others. Utilities vary month by month.
