Large closet with mirror ..No couples and any type of pets are allowed .. No smoking nor heavy drinking are allowed on the premises .. I'm looking for a working professional or student who is easy going and has a sense of humor .. Month to month lease .. Street parking .. Must be able to keep the quest house clean ..The best thing for the tenant is that he or she does not have to share with NO ONE and has complete privacy all through the day and night within the quest house ..
