I have a nice a cozy room for rent up in the hills near walking trails .. Nice and quiet neighborhood .. Beautiful views and living in nature if that's what you like .. It's a great place to rebuild one's life ! No pets are allowed along with over night guest .. This room is only for one ( 1 ) person .. I'm looking for a 9-5 outside worker who is decent and very chill ( light packer) .. I also do background checks .. Age is not a big issue for me it all depends on the renter .. I'm easy to get along with without any drama on my end .. All utilities are included with free wifi , off street parking , I 1/2 bathrooms , shared kitchen and bathroom . The room is already furnished .. Feel free to ask me any questions .. Surrounding area are DTLA, Avocado Heights, City of Industry, Whittier, La Habra , Rowland Heights. El Monte, West Covina and La Puente .. If you have a low front end vehicle it might hit the concrete due to the hilly area ... This is important info to know . All SUV, Honda Accord. Toyota and trucks are fine ..
