I have a nice a cozy room for rent up in the hills .. Nice and quiet neighborhood .. Beautiful views living in nature if that's what you like .. No pets are allowed along with over night guest .. This room is only for one person .. I'm looking for a 9-5 working out of room person who is an decent honest human being .. I also do background checks .. I would prefer someone who isn't home all the time ... Age is not a big issue for me it all depends on the renter .. All utilities are included with free wifi , off street parking , I 1/2 bathrooms , shared kitchen and bathroom , near walking trials .. The room is already furnished .... I'm looking for a light packer ...
