*Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Downtown Burbank

Details:

* Preference for short-term (1–3 months)
* Open to longer stays (up to 6 months), but would start with a 1-month trial to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us

I have a cat, so this would not be a good fit for anyone with allergies or who doesn’t like animals.
