$850 room for rent in Glendale.

Hi! I’ve been living in this apartment for a few years now, my roommate is leaving so i need someone to take over. Women are preferred but if I like your energy men will be considered. The room up for rent is the main bedroom. The complex has a pool and laundry room, is walking distance from a grocery store and some shops, and is 1.5 miles away from Burbank Empire Center. The neighbors are also all very friendly. I have a senior chihuahua, she’s very sweet with people but not other pets. I’m looking for someone is friendly, will not invade my room and respect my space, help me do shared weekly chores and can pay rent on time in full. The apartment is pretty small and I sleep in the living room with a divider (it’s a fairly large living room) so i’d like someone who isn’t going to be super loud since you can pretty much hear everything at all times.
About me: I’m a full time art student and my hobbies include drawing, painting, baking and gaming. I love having movie nights and driving out to my favorite view spots. Hoping to be friends with my future roommate :))
