1 large bedroom and full bathroom

You'll be renting a large private bedroom with a full bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment. I currently stay in the master bedroom with only a standup shower where you'll have access to the larger hallway bathroom with a bathtub. I have an extra twin bed, desk, and chairs available if you need.

Month-to-month rental agreement. Electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent. No pets and no smoking

There is plenty of street parking available right outside the apartment for you (I occupy the unit's single assigned parking spot).

I am a 29 yo man who's quite, tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. Looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate roommate. You should be good about cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas
