The Space: Looking for a peaceful place to call home? I have a private bedroom and bathroom available in a spacious 3BR/3BA gated townhouse in Granada Hills.

The Room: 10' x 11' furnished space with a twin bed, shelf, and walk-in closet.

The Amenities: Full kitchen access. No need to provide your own pans, etc. You’re welcome to use what we have. Furnished living/dining areas, and in-unit washer/dryer.

The Complex: Quiet, secure gated community with two swimming pools and beautiful valley views.

A little about us: I’m an executive and a sole parent to a 12 year old boy who is the Thelma to my Louise. We have a medium labradoodle and 8 pound terrier who adore each other. We maintain a clean, smoke-free, and alcohol-free environment and value a calm, respectful lifestyle.
