Jesse: Who is here only once a week only on Saturdays from 10pm-6am just uses the room for storage and has been our roomate for 15+ years.

Katherine: She is the one whom you’ll be sharing a bathroom with. She is in her 20’s in college who is in pursuit of going to law school. She is very quiet & friendly.

Vee: Is a professional esthetician. She is on my side of the house whom I share the other bathroom with. She is also very quiet & friendly.

About Me & my Girlfriend: I work in Aerospace and am very busy. On my time off I like to play pickleball. I have two well behaved cats & a dog whom you will see from time to time. Just say hi to them!

My girlfriend is a software developer who is also very busy and works from home. She gets along with everyone and is pretty much the mom of the household who makes everyone feel welcome!

We're looking for someone who is respectful, quiet, clean, and financially stable.

Move in fee: 1st month, Last month, + security deposit. Utilities are included: Water, Power, high-speed Internet, and in unit laundry.
