Looking for female roommates preferably. Someone who is quiet, clean, and financially stable. Majority of the household is female. Aside from me, I am the live in landlord. I stay on the other side of the house.
Private room & shared bathroom with only one other female. Room can come unfurnished/or furnished with a with a new bed and dresser.

Bedroom is small 10’ ft. X10’ ft. includes a hanging closet rod. Room has brand new air conditioner, 65” OLED TV, and utilities are all included.

Living space: Brand new top of the line Appliances: refrigerator, microwave stove, 75” TV, and in unit washer & dryer. Spacious backyard with new outdoor furniture & Salt water hot tub.

Located in Granada Hills on San Fernando Mission and Balboa. Quiet/Residential neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. 4 miles away from CSUN. Next to shopping centers: Trader Joe’s, Target, Von’s and more.

Move in fee: 1st month and Last month Deposit. Utilities are included: Water, Power, high-speed Internet, and in unit laundry. Please provide me with your social media when messaging me so I kinda have an idea if we are a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you!

Katherine: She is the one whom you’ll be sharing a bathroom with. She is in her 20’s in college who is in pursuit of going to law school

Varisha: Is a professional esthetician. She is on my side of the house whom I share the other bathroom with. She likes to keep it herself. Very quiet and peaceful.

About me: I am the live in landlord. I work in Aerospace. On my time off I like to play pickleball and work on the house. I also like to keep it to myself and am very quiet and peaceful. I do have two cats that are very friendly and I do have a girlfriend who stays with me from time to time and has a very good 11 year old Pitt.
