Hi,
We have a really large fully remodeled house in Granada Hills at
Rinaldi and White Oak. Its a really nice and safe area that is close to shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes to Cal State Northridge. One mile away from the entrance to the 118 freeway. The house is located in an area of old Granada Hills with 350 custom built homes. We have a very large room to rent with lots of closet space and custom windows with lots of natural light as well as built in drawers and shelves. We have a beautifully landscaped huge yard with lots of plants and fruit trees.
Share a bathroom with one other person who is really nice and clean. You would have access to the entire house
including pool, kitchen, laundry, off street parking (You can park your car in the driveway). It's really a house to share rather than a room for rent. I live with my partner and one small dog so must be gay friendly and like dogs. Our other roommate is gay as well. This can be either furnished or unfurnished.
