Have a Room for rent in Glendora. I would like to have it rented month to month. I do not like to lock anyone into a lease as it has to be the right fit. The home is in a good neighborhood and close to Citrus & APU Colleges.
rent does include all utilities, and home also has a pool. Access to laundry and kitchen. This is a 4-bedroom dwelling but do not rent out all the rooms

I Travel quite a bit and one of the roommates also looks over the home for me while I'm gone on the road for work. She has been here for 4 years, and I have another part time roommate that has been with me for over 15 years. Great household and a lot of fun with friends, bbq, swimming. Our interest are baseball, football, bike rides to the canyon. Once in a while will go out to a local bar & restaurant. We also play horseshoes, cornhole and other games on BBQ gatherings.

Not interested in strangers coming in and out all through the night! I have rented room for many year and we like our safety and also our belongings to stay in the house. If you have a companion ok to visit once we all meet but they do not come into live as its not fair to the others.

We all share and cook for each other on occasion and like to create new friendship and bonds for life as I have a lot of amazing friends that you will love also.
