We are two sisters seeking one responsible woman (between ages 26-40) to share a spacious long-term luxury rental home north of Downtown LA, who is ok with 2 cats! While the total household rent will be between $4700 - $5100, this premium room is offered at a sweet, discounted rate of $1,700/month (plus a 1/3 split of utilities). Move-in is before Oct. 2027.

We are intentionally offering this below-market rate to ensure an accessible, stable foundation for a woman who would benefit from a village! 🌳
