We are 2 sisters seeking one responsible woman to join a spacious long-term rental home north of Downtown LA start, who is ok with 2 cats! While the total household rent is $4,700, this premium room is offered at a sweet, discounted rate of $1,700/month (plus a 1/3 split of utilities). We are intentionally offering this below-market rate to ensure an accessible, stable foundation for a woman who would benefit from a village!🌳
