The apartment is in a great location — about an 8-minute walk from the Glendale Galleria, The Americana at Brand, and Downtown Glendale. Everything you need is right there.

Rent: $1,176/month
Available: September 1
Lease: New 1-year lease directly with the property manager
Roommates: You’ll live with 1 other roommate
