Looking to add roommate in Glendale (2bed 1 bath)

Hi everyone :)! I am looking for a roommate (Female preferred) to add to my apartment in the north Glendale area. 2 bedroom/1 bath. It is a very safe location for women and central to things. We are right next to Griffith park and 5 mins from the Galleria Mall. We have one parking spot but I usually interval monthly and our street is really easy to park on. It's a huge advantage.

*Please keep in mind you have to apply and have good credit. If you do not, you will be denied. Anything in the 500 is not acceptable, please remember that property management is always picky with credit. I have no control over that. You can have all the income but if you do not have decent credit, they will deny you.

Move in: Asap.

We would split electric, gas, and Wi-Fi. Water and trash are paid by the property. The rent is 1100.

I need someone who is great with dogs. My fur child is my therapy dog. If you have a pet, let's discuss. Comfortable with Gardening/420. I am medically prescribed.
I would want someone who is clean, kind, kind, and kind lol, responsible, ambitious and very respectful. I am very chill, I get along with everyone but I want our place to feel like a safe sanctuary to come home to. I don't want us to feel awkward in our home. Needs to understand how to be team player in terms of toilet paper, and etc. Will add you to my Costco membership if you don’t have one to help. I would like to meet people to see if we vibe. I really want someone who is trying to hustle and elevate their life in this city so that they understand the hustle of life and the crazy entertainment business. LGBTQI ally because I have friends and family. I am in the film industry if that helps to get an idea. I would really like to get along with someone I live with. I would prefer someone who isn't interested in moving around and wants to treat this corner like home. Minimum a year.

This place is a great find and I’m very blessed to have found it pre-covid so I really want to make this work and have a positive experience. The most important thing is our safety, mine and my dog. The landlord and property management will handle the application process. Its the same process of showing paystubs, bank statements etc to prove income, and after that they check your credit.
