Room for Rent in luxury 2B/2.5B townhome in Glendale!

Looking for a replacement on my lease come mid-July or thereabouts!

Master Bedroom and private Bath in a 2-story townhome (2 beds, 2.5 baths) at the Avalon Glendale complex located less than a mile from downtown Glendale, with easy access to the 5 and 134 freeways. Ralphs is across the street and Trader Joe’s is 2 blocks away. Washer and dryer in unit! Assigned parking spot in secure, gated garage is included (and there is tons of guest parking, as well).

The apartment is spacious, bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The Master has an independent shower and a large soaking tub, as well as a walk-in closet. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. Maintenance is onsite and usually responds within 24 hrs. There’s an amazing pool area daybeds, hot tub and BBQ. The gym is stocked, clean, and maintained.

New tenant to furnish bedroom. Most of the living room and dining room furniture is mine and will go with me. This will leave a relatively empty space where you and/or my roommate can have fun filling in with your own personal style!

Looking for long or short term (July to at least January, or longer). As amazing as this complex is, I am looking to get my own place, but my roommate would love to stay. You would have the option to renew the lease in January.

No drugs, smoking, and no pets. My roommate is quiet and works away from home Monday-Friday. Having guests over is definitely welcome, but giving her a heads up is always appreciated.

Rent is approx. $2008, which includes hi-speed internet (AT&T) and water/trash.
