Living Room Area opens up to the backyard

Hi,
I have a room with a full bathroom in my Glendale home. The room is part of a 3 bed/3bath house. It currently isn't furnished but I can provide furnishings (bed and a dresser) upon request The house is situated in a small street lined with oak trees in the Verdugo Woodlands area, close to Montrose, La Canada, Downton Glendale and Americana and a short distance away from Downtown LA, Pasadena, and Burbank. Parking is available on the driveway. There is central heating and air, as well as washer/dryer, and a security alarm system. You will have access to all the common areas including the picturesque backyard and fully stocked kitchen.

The. current occupant is my 24 year old daughter who is a professional and studied photography in NY. I don't live in the house, but visit occasionally (about a week every month) with my dog who's. very old, friendly, and typically stays out of the way. I'm also a professional and live in the central coast. We both enjoy cooking, exercising, and music, We're friendly, welcoming and fun.

We're looking for a female occupant who is professional, clean, and friendly. We would like for you to feel at home and at the same time respect the house as if it's your own. Cleanliness is very important to us. Smoking and use of drugs are absolutely prohibited in the house. Guests are welcome occasionally but no loud parties please.

The room will be available around the middle of February as soon as a fresh coat of paint is applied following the departure of the current occupant. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
