Hi there! I’m making this post hoping to find a room mate. I’m 32 years old and live in Glendale. I currently have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apt and I’m hoping to find someone who wants to rent the second room out.

The only thing is that I do have 2 kids(12 and 6) but they are with me only half the time. I understand that most people don’t want to live with kids but mine are both very chill and again they won’t be there every day.

I work full time and I’m hardly there but I do board dogs as a second job so at times there are dogs there but they are in their crates and it’s not all the time.

The rent would be $1,100 per month not including including utilities

Laundry room downstairs and pool as well. Close to the Americana!

The photos have my daughter’s stuff in it but the room will come unfurnished.
