Hi there! I’m making this post hoping to find a room mate. I’m 29 years old and live in Glendale. I currently have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apt and I’m hoping to find someone who wants to rent the second room out.
The only thing is that I do have 2 kids but they are with me only half the time. I understand that most people don’t want to live with kids but mine are both very chill and again they won’t be there ever day.
The rent would be $900 per month plus utilities
