AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN.

Looking to fill a room in an apartment by the border of Glendale and Burbank. Big enough to have one or two people in it.

Rent with utilities is $1440 monthly. Since we’re deep into November already the price to move in this week would be $1000 (no deposit required). Need someone to move in ASAP.

The apartment complex is owned by Legacy At Westglen. It has laundry machines, a pool, and a gym.

I am a guy in my early 30s that works at a comic book store in Glendale. I also write and do film/video work from time to time. I’m generally pretty easy to get along with.

I should also mention that there is a make shift room in the living room me we created using room dividers. There is a tenant staying there at the moment (She has been living there for about 3 years. She is very respectful and keeps to herself)

Must be willing to sign an 11 month lease (though the amount of time can be negotiated)
