Master Bedroom by Glendale/Burbank Border

Looking to fill a room in an apartment by the border of Glendale and Burbank. Big enough to have one or two people in it.

Rent with utilities is $1475. Need someone to move in by June 1st.

The room is pretty spacious and it has it’s own bathroom.

This apartment is currently occupied by two women in their 30s. One lives in the guest bedroom with her small dog. The other lives in a make shift room in the living room that we created using room dividers. They are good respectful roommates

The apartment complex is owned by Legacy At Westglen. It has laundry machines, a pool, and a gym.

Must be willing to sign an 12 month lease (though this can be negotiable). Must have proof of employment as well.
