Looking for a 3rd roommate for a large room with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The room is best suited for students or a working professional looking for a quiet and safe space. Gas, Wifi, Trash and Water is included in the rent.. We'd share the kitchen and split the electricity bill by 3 every other month. I'm looking for someone who is down to earth, reliable, respectful of boundaries and clean. If I'm not reading, cooking or at the gym, I am studying in my room or out with family. Visitors are minimized as the home is a safe and quiet place for us to live in. If you're like me, I enjoy the vibrancy of the city life yet I like to come home to a clean, calm and relaxing home.
