I know this advert is long but PLEASE read it to be clear about what I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a MALE roommate who is easy to get along with, friendly, considerate, reliable, honest & communicative. I'd prefer a short term rental with a view to extending the lease IF we get along well.

I'm a very liberal, open-minded gay Brit. The rent is low for a variety of reasons that you'll need to be okay with. For example, I use one of the rooms as my massage studio & you'd need to be considerate in terms of noise and limited access to the bathroom during massages. If you happen to be a massage therapist too we can negotiate sharing the studio space.

You must be able to pass a credit check that will cost out about $40.

Deposit of 4 weeks rent ($1000.00), plus 1 month rent in advance payable before moving in.

Looking for a NEAT, TIDY & CLEAN male GAY/BI housemate who puts things back where they find them & cleans without having to be asked to do it. Seriously, I've lived with too many people who don't ever clean their room let alone the rest of the house!

In a nutshell, I'm a VERY EASY person to live with unless you're an incurable slob ;-)

I'd prefer NOT to share with online gamers - I've shared with 2 in the past & find the incessant chatter & shouting that seems to always accompany playing video games to be intrusive - and the electricity bill seems to go up a LOT.

It'd be great to share with someone in the film/tv biz if possible but most important for me is being reliable, considerate, respectful of the space & an ability to tidy up after yourself. And a CLEAR communicator.

I'm not a nudist but equally, I'm not bothered by nudity around the house, so it would be to share with someone else with a similar outlook.

Plenty of space; quiet neighbourhood; safe area.

The bedroom is partially furnished & there is NO space for any more furniture in the rest of the house. If you want to bring your own bed I can dismantle the bed I have in there.

1 shared bathroom.

If you're an actor: there's an area for filming self-tape auditions & doing voice overs.
- NO central AC! - the house only has window AC units & a weird heating system that only heats part of the house, but I've managed for 10 years here!
Laundry facilities in the garage ($1.75 per load, free dryer).

Bills not included - gas/electric & internet.
Plenty of free street parking (all garage spaces are currently taken)

ABSOLUTELY NO HARD DRUGS, or heavy/daily drinkers. NO smoking on the property, & no pets allowed either.
