Private room + bath in Glendale condo

Looking for a female or couple to rent a furnished private room and bathroom in a 2 bed / 2.5 bath spacious, high ceiling unit on the top (third) floor of a quiet complex in North Glendale. Bathrooms are newly renovated (work finished about a month ago), fully stocked kitchen, and fantastic living room.

You'll be sharing the kitchen and living room with me and my boyfriend, Shahan. He?s a 28 year old software engineer, and I?m a 27 year old pre-nursing student. We have a quiet, 13 year old 4 pound chihuahua named Queenie too. We're clean and pretty laid back - we'll occasionally have a few drinks, and don't have people over too often.

The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with a view of the downtown Glendale area. There is a small pool and jacuzzi in the common area that gets used during the summer months. A single car parking spot in a covered garage is available for $50/month. We've got a Roku with subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.

The location is great:
