Master Bedroom

My friend Roma and I signed to a 3 bedroom apartment in Glendale and the third girl backed out at the very last second, and if we can?t find someone today, we will lose our whole deposit???? here?s some deets about the room & complex:
You?d get the master bedroom, which is $1350/month, plus utilities, which, split between the three of us, shouldn?t be more than $100-$150/each, if not less! Parking is $30/month. The master has a full on-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, and is the largest bedroom!
We have an in-Unit washer/dryer, AC, heating, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and everything! The complex has a pool and a fitness center, two pools and a hot tub, an outdoor and indoor hangout area, and grills!
Move-in would be September 5th but I can definitely call them and try to convince them to let us move in earlier!
