Renting a fully furnished or unfurnished private room in our 3bed/2ba single family residence. Utilities, paper goods, laundry detergent are covered with super fast speed internet. Laundry, Kitchen, Game Room, Living Room, 2 restrooms (in the primary bedroom, owner's room) and 1 for roomie and/or shared with guests. The whole house is beach themed since it’s just a quick drive down Manhattan Beach Blvd to arrive at Manhattan Beach, not to mention all of the beautiful South Bay Beaches. The home is in a great location, close to Gardena’s famous eateries, Target, parks, shopping, El Camino Community College, CSUDH and CSULB. Torrance is the neighboring city and accessible to Los Angeles, Santa Monica and SoFi stadium. There is a very nice backyard area with BBQ and seating area to host friends and family. Pet friendly home for well behaved pets.
