Roommate wanted for a great home in a nice area

Renting a fully furnished private room in our 3bed/2ba single family residence. A/C and all utilities are included with fast speed internet. Paper goods and laundry detergent are provided as well. Laundry, Kitchen, Game Room and Living Room are all common areas. The whole house is beach themed since it’s just a quick drive down Manhattan Beach Blvd to arrive at Manhattan Beach, not to mention all of the beautiful South Bay Beaches. The home is in a great location, close to Gardena’s famous eateries, Target, parks, shopping, El Camino Community College, CSUDH and CSULB. Torrance is the neighboring city and accessible to Los Angeles, Santa Monica and SoFi stadium. There is a very nice backyard area with BBQ and seating area to host friends and family....many game nights have been hosted here but we also know to respect our roommates choice to socialize or not to as well. Pet friendly home for well behaved pets. I can provide a phone call and/or facetime video chat to see the place and to see if we're a roommate match and then can set up a physical meet up as well :)
