This is two rooms for $1250 for some reason on here it won't let me set it up as 2 rooms for 1. It can't be split up into 2 separate rooms due to the way it's laid out. No big families or couples.

It's 2 small rooms for this price of 1, own private entrance should you want to use it. Great for a student or someone who works at home or a single parent, as I'm a single parent.

I repeat it's 2 rooms, not one for $1250.

I'm in the larger one room with my daughter.
