I'm renting my Main bedroom w/private bathroom & a view of the pool in backyard. It is a furnished room: queen size bed, NEW 40" flat-screen smart tv, night-table, 4.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, 5 drawer-dresser, ceiling fan, and closet with organizing system. The bathroom has a shower. You will need to bring your own towels and linen/bedspread.

No shoes allowed in home except for HOUSE slippers and no shoes at all in rooms!
I'm looking for someone who will take care of and respect my things & home. There are renters in other rooms in the house, but your area is private.

You will have use of the kitchen, dining area & outdoors. Living area is private. No washer/dryer privileges at this time.

The tone of the house is low-key. Quiet hours are from 10: PM-10: am (unless you see that everyone else is up or gone to work). Not a party house at all! We share food items (share area on kitchen table) and occasionally a meal. I encourage positive/respectful communication amongst all adults here. No kids (because of pool) at all!

[Internet/wifi & cable are optional extra charges. Price varies because it's divided amongst who is using it. Just ask]

No overnight visitors more than twice a week -NO EXCEPTIONS! (no revolving doors of over night guest)!

My brother lives on site and will help with any issues.

Driveway parking available for a monthly fee- just inquire!
Street Sweeping weekly Thursdays 9-11: a. m.

30 day notice from the 1st of month or deposit forfeited.

Rent due on or before the 1st & late fee strictly enforced!
There is a $40. application fee, so if you are serious - bring that and a pen to fill out app!

Due upon move-in: rent/utilities ($1500.+ deposit ($1200.00) + applic fee ($40.)= $2740. approx. [internet/cable +/- $50.-$75.]
Due before move-in: (1)-2 mths of most recent Paycheck stubs, (2)- copy of drivers license or passport & (3)- 2 character references (not from family) emailed to me.
