We are a married Filipino-American couple with no kids. We are laid back, work weekdays, and go to the gym on our free time. We rarely have visitors. We respect your space. We've been renting out our room since 2013 with no major issues from our past boarders. There is a basic rental agreement that needs to be signed. 8 months minimum stay and month to month thereafter.

We have a room for rent in Gardena, CA. Our place is in a safe and quiet location. Private room with good closet space and single bed. Utilities, water, and internet included. Shared bathroom but the roommate will be mainly using it since we have our own bathroom in our bedroom. You have kitchen privileges but light cooking only. I cook a lot myself, lol. Close to all major freeways. We are in a centralized location. The area is near the airline industries and Space X.
