I have one unfurnished bedroom for rent, approximately 11' x 11'. The room has new carpeting, a balcony, ceiling fan, full length mirror and have been recently painted.
One shared bathroom upstairs has been recently remodeled with new flooring, new shower, new toilet, new granite countertops and faucets. Remodeled half bathroom is located downstairs.
The townhouse has new laminate flooring and carpeting throughout, new kitchen appliances, and newer washer/dryer in unit. Garage parking is available.
The room will be available for move in on September 1st. Rent is month-to-month after a 6 month minimum. First month rent + $1,200 deposit required for move in. Rent is $1,100 and utilities come out to $100/person.
