I am looking for one housemate to share a spacious, remodeled 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse in a quiet complex near El Camino College with easy access to the 110 and 405 freeways.

The unfurnished bedroom is approximately 12’ x 11’ and features a balcony, ceiling fan, and full-length mirror. The shared upstairs bathroom has been recently remodeled with new flooring, a new shower, a new toilet, and granite countertops.

The townhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen, laminate flooring, and carpeting upstairs which makes it nice and quiet. The unit is also offset from the street, so you won’t hear any traffic noise. There is a newer in-unit washer and dryer.

There is one garage parking spot available, and street parking is easy to find.

I have one sweet and affectionate cat, so you must be comfortable living with a pet.
